Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications and services (together, the "Services") provided by IMS Technology Somaliland ("IMS Technology", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Services to break the law or infringe others' rights.
• Do not upload malware, illegal content or content you do not have rights to.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, probe or reverse engineer the Services.

4. Service requests and content

When you submit a service request, quote or upload files (documents, images, videos), you grant IMS Technology a limited licence to store and process that content solely to respond to your request and deliver the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

5. Pricing and payment

The mobile app is free to download and free to use. Paid engagements, professional services and managed plans are governed by separate written proposals or contracts.

6. Third-party services

The Services rely on third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, authentication, email delivery, app stores). Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, logos and content we produce, are owned by IMS Technology or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMS Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm to us or others.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Somaliland. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Hargeisa.
